Powered by the same technology as Top Golf (their founders), Puttshack brings people together through high-tech mini golf, delicious food and scrumptious cocktails in the heart of London’s Westfield White City, Bank and Essex.

THE CHALLENGE

After 2 years of being indoors and socially distancing, we were challenged to bring guests back into play safely at Puttshack having had their venue doors closed for almost 2 years.

OUR SOLUTION

Paid Social played a huge part in driving revenue again for Puttshack post-pandemic. From sharing ‘covid safety’ content such as the creation of a new Safety Animation video and messaging to amplifying our venue/guest video creative to audiences, we tapped into the desires of our audiences who wanted to get out of the house and socialise again.

For Paid Search, we were online and present as soon as doors were scheduled to open and once the venues could welcome guests again. 

From targeting relevant terms that ensured we ranked and displayed for guests instantly, to having pre-opening messaging online so we were top of mind for guests looking at what to do when freedom day came along.
