The goal was to maximise visibility and customer engagement during the high-traffic shopping period to drive significant revenue growth.
In order to drive an uplift in sales for the Black Friday campaign, we carefully revamped 200 Degrees' paid social ad accounts to optimise our full-funnel strategy. This involved a comprehensive approach, covering top of funnel activities for awareness and engagement, as well as middle of funnel tactics for retargeting, conversion-focused ads, and the seamless integration of lookalike audiences.
Furthermore, we leveraged CRM data for lapsed customer retention in our bottom of funnel retargeting campaigns.

The campaign culminated in remarkable metrics: a ROAS of x11, revenue growth of 120%, CPA reduction of 44%, and total sales soaring by 244%, all compared to the previous year, leading to the most successful Black Friday sale to date.
