Vagabond Wines is creating a wine revolution – making good wine accessible to all. Their Passion for wine has seen the brand grow from a small shop in Fulham to 11 wine bars and an Urban Winery at Battersea Power Status, all serving 100s of wines by the glass.

THE CHALLENGE

Bringing something different to the industry, Vagabond Wines wanted to celebrate the launch of their own wines being harvested through their UK vineyard, whilst working to educate their customers on how their wines go from grape to glass.

OUR SOLUTION

Working closely with the Vagabond team (and their head winemaker, Jose) we focused on driving consumer leads in a different way for this campaign. No more high cost per leads and low engagement competition forms, but all the engagement, fun and sharing.


Enter ‘The Grape Escape’! Our creative team delivered a sticky web game to increase the quality of customer data being captured, weighted with daily prizes, and competition focused advocacy.


With Vagabond’s head winemaker as the lead character, the game tracks the user’s score and provides prizes (with the help of Airship and the internal epos system) for players to redeem in venue.

Our high score at Vouch is 1325. Can you beat that?
