With the skincare industry becoming more and more competitive, the goal was to streamline the ZENii’s eCommerce capabilities and bring the brand in line with today’s digital landscape.

A full digital transformation – including a brand new website design and build, high quality product photoshoots, an online skin health questionnaire, cutting edge paid social campaign, and a robust data tracking solution.

Combining social audits to profile the brand’s target audience, an analysis of how prospects shop for skincare online, and a review of key competitor activity, ZENii’s new website was primed and ready to drive sales, whilst staying true to the brand’s clinical nature.

THE RESULTS


The new website and digital strategy added instant impact – achieving a record-breaking month in terms of sales in January. The paid social campaign strategy generated awareness to new audiences using video content, while conversion-focused static images were retargeted to engaged prospects.

With a 3067% increase in new website users, the ads stimulated interest with relevant prospects and generated huge amounts of traffic to the site. With a quick and clean user experience, the new website produced a 1525% uplift in sales compared to the previous site – the kind of results we love to see!
