The Soho House brand Cowshed had tasked Vouch with increasing the brands ROI through a myriad of digital channels including; Influencer Marketing, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Influencer Marketing and Community Management and Google Paid Search.
Vouch kicked off activity with Cowshed by cleaning up the existing paid search account and re-structuring it with additional Google re-targeting ads, Google shopping feed ads and Google Display Ads.
The account was refined down to the product level, with in-depth keyword focused ads for each different audience bucket. Ads were continuously optimised for the initial 3 months.
Whilst the key focus was on the low hanging fruit, Vouch also focused on growing sale conversions through social media with the use of macro and micro influencers.
6 months into account management, Vouch had an in-depth strategy for every part of Google’s advertising platform. Each ad tool was in profit and had given the Cowshed brand a blended increase in ROI of 50%.
This increase in ROI was driven by a myriad of factors. Including:

- Shipping cost testing
- Cost per click reduction through very targeted ads, keyword focus and landing page optimisation
