The new feature, “Shuffle Play”, does exactly what it says on the tin, but it’s a little more clever than that random shuffle; it chooses a show based on your viewing habits.

Netflix COO Greg Peters explains it’s designed for users “to skip browsing entirely, click one button and we’ll pick a title for them just to instantly play.”
