With more and more children accessing social media in today’s day and age, Instagram has announced development plans for an ‘Instagram for kids’.
Current Instagram policy forbids children under the age of 13 from using the platform. The new app will include parental and monitoring control for the parents and safety for the children.
Social media can be a scary place for children, so parents can feel happier about a more child-friendly online environment where children can still feel socially connected.
